Hey Cool Dude | Legendary | Kylie Kingham.

Hello crafty friends. Thanks for stopping by the blog today! It’s Kylie back with you all to share another new layout I have been working on. This year I had two goals: One was to complete more layouts for my sons album and the second being to try and use more than one photo in a layout. For my page today I managed to tick both boxes and I was able to do so using the super fun ‘Legendary’ collection.

For my background I chose the wood grain printed paper called ‘Outdoors Type’ and added some scalloped borders of ‘Wild One’ as well as a strip of ‘Epic Tales’. Using a leaf border punch from my craft stash I added a decorative strip punched from the ‘Off Beat’ paper.

Normally when I add my photos to a layout I like to back them with co-ordinating paper, but for my page today I added them in their ‘raw’ state, printed to full size and with a white border. Some of the punched stars from the die cut pack were added in behind both before adhering the photos to the page with foam tape to add a little more dimension.

Once the photos were in place I added a cluster of die cuts to the lower side to balance the large title that was added. To finish I adhered some of the typed phrase stickers. I love being able to build phrase titles with these that suit my photos.

I’ve really been able to create some fun pages thanks to the gorgeous ‘Legendary’ collection. My sons album will be a lot more full in no time!

I hope you have enjoyed seeing how my design came together today.

Until next time,

Kylie.
